Jill has helped us to buy and sell multiple homes. She has also gladly showed us multiple houses over the years when we pondered moving. When we needed to list our house, we called Jill without hesitation. We needed to move quickly because we had already put an offer on another house. It was a Thursday and Jill said we would list it on Friday, would have showings all Saturday and Sunday, then we would request final offers on Monday and we would be all done. I contacted Jill to help me sell my home after seeing her name on tons of listings around town. She met me at my house for a tour. She already had done some market research about homes in my neighborhood in order to give me a better idea of where to set our asking price. She guided me through the process of readying the home for sale and saved me some money on a few cosmetic things I thought I needed to do first. We had an attractive offer above asking about one day after listing.
Jill kept me informed of all the steps and provided me with all the information I needed to make decisions about the sale. I never got the feeling that she was pushing me in one way or another--she was just providing me with information and then sharing her experiences when I asked for her advice.

It’s hard to put into a small review how helpful Jill has been in finding us our forever home. Going back a few years, Jill has always provided us with incredibly helpful information even before we were actively looking for a new home. Jill is extremely trustworthy as a real estate expert, always providing us with her honest opinion, even if we were exploring other options (adding-on, renting, etc) that would not result in buying a new home or selling our exiting home.
Once our decision was made to begin the search for our forever home, she was patient, thoughtful, and always willing to take as much time as needed to look through any home in the Pittsburgh area. She never once got frustrated during our month-long search, and always was so incredibly knowledgeable when any questions were raised to her. And trust me, we called her almost daily with so many questions, I’m shocked she didn’t start screening our calls ??
Her years of experience and real estate knowledge really shined after we were under contract, as she helped us with every single aspect, even suggesting the best financiers, closing companies, and movers. She made the process painless and we were able to successfully close on our old home and new home on the same day without any issues.
Jill goes above and beyond and really cares for her clients. When our family got Covid she insisted to bring us all dinner. Also, we had a issue with our home warranty company and a claim that was not being honored and she diligently worked with the warranty company on our behalf to have claim honored.

My wife and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent, strategic partner, and advocate in our home search than Jill. I rarely ever write online reviews, but I thought Jill did a fantastic job so I was compelled to share. If anything, I am hoping a few folks reading this will be inspired to reach out for the opportunity to work with her. You’ll be happy you did, trust me…
Being first time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t really know what we were getting into. Don’t get me wrong – we spent hours on end researching the home buying process online, but this was all very new to us. What I really appreciated about Jill was her willingness to take the time upfront to get to know us, our unique styles, and what we were looking for in a new home. My wife and I were both very picky with our priorities, and I thought Jill did a very nice job presenting us with relevant opportunities without wasting our time with opportunities that weren’t a fit.
When we would visit homes that were for sale, we weren’t sure we were asking all the right questions, but Jill was always there to step in and make sure we didn’t miss anything important. One thing I really appreciated was her straightforward, yet never pushy approach. Prior to this process, my view of real estate agents was that they were too pushy (given their incentives), but Jill was never that. I felt she was genuine, honest, and had our full confidence every step of the way. Also, her local market knowledge was very, very strong. She also knew of several homes coming up for sale before they hit market, which felt like a competitive advantage to my wife and I. And she knew many of the individual home/property-specific nuances we should watch out for.
When it came to negotiating the home purchase (which I know is top of mind for all home buyers given how expensive a home can be), I thought Jill’s approach was very effective. In my opinion, you either have the knack for this or you don’t. And Jill had it. Similar to what I imagine having a top-notch lawyer feels like, it’s a good feeling knowing you have the best agent going to bat for you. On top of that, Jill was always very proactive and a hard worker – early mornings / late nights, weekends, whatever it took – which was important to us given how competitive the housing market was during our search.
To sum up, we could not recommend Jill highly enough. She is truly great at what she does, and if you are lucky enough to work with her, we have no doubt you be glad you made that decision. As both my wife and I are!
